Charmaine Burns is described as being 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 270 pounds with brown shoulder-length hair and a fair complexion, according to the Hawaii County Police Department, which could not be immediately reached for more information. She wears glasses.

Burns may be operating a green Toyota Echo sedan bearing license plate HJV502, according to police.
